Tracey and Brian Shuey are an exceptional team of realtors who go above the call of duty to sell your home. They are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every way! They do what it takes to sell your home! Great couple who are now one of our dear friends. I would highly recommend Tracey and Brian and will use them again when we move back to Texas. Tracey and Brian are absolutely, positively hands-down the best realtors for finding a house in the North D/FW market!! I had been looking for a house for about 9 months and had used other independent realtor as well as Redfin and during that time I was not able to find anything. Then I found Tracey and Brian and within two weeks I was able to find and purchase a house in North Plano and let me tell you that you won't find a better team of realtors in Tracey and Brian. Together they blew me away with how good they were in all areas. You may find other realtors who are good in one area (market/area knowledge) but you will then find that they are lacking in another (customer service or responsiveness). That is not the case with Brian and Tracey. Here are some of the highlights... The customer service was impeccable. They always called/texted me back right away (within 15 minutes). They knew the market and area extremely well and were able to guide me on location, market-value, prices, etc. Brian knows a ton about home repairs/inspection etc and can tell you in detail about the condition of a home (even things you may not see on the outside). Tracey is a great negotiator and is able to ensure that you include and negotiate many "gotchas" and things that most people forget to write in a contract. She also knows many of the other realtors and the that rapport helps when negotiating for house. They also worked with me at my comfort level, so whether you are looking for an expert to hold your hand throughout the process or if you are looking to do a lot of it on your own and just need someone to bounce ideas off of they will work at your pace while ensuring that you don't dig yourself a hole. That was one of the things I loved about working with them. When I needed some investigating/research they spent tons of time doing it and sending me the details (rather than pulling something down from a general google search as some realtors may do). By themselves either Tracey or Brian would rank up there with the best award-winning realtors but combined I think they are worlds better than anyone else bar none!
