We are located in the Southern Tier of
Western New York, in the foothills of the Allegany Mountains. Our
area is very scenic, with endless hiking trails, State parks,
museums, great golfing, skiing and tubing at Holiday Valley and
HoliMont and many other activities and festivals.
We serve a full breakfast from 8:00am - 10:30am on Saturdays &
Sundays only from December 27th through March 14th. The
cost is $5.00 per person (5 years old or younger is free).
If you are in a group of 10 or more, we can provide dinner at your request. A TV/VCR combo is available
in every room.

At the Kelly House
Lodge, we maintain clean, affordable rooms. We can accommodate
up to 75 persons. The main-floor and upper level rooms are
regular hotel rooms with their own private baths. The lower
level is more dorm style with semi-private baths. All rooms are
fully carpeted, and include their own sinks, vanities and
thermostat. |

In the ski season (December 26-March 16th) we serve a full
breakfast on Saturday and Sundays only. A TV/VCR combo is
available in every room with over 200 movies to choose from. |

Tracy Carnes, Manager
Tracy is our new manager this year. She resides on site in the
yellow Victorian house in front of the lodge, where breakfast is
served. She will be the one you talk to on the phone, check you
in and serve you breakfast. She has many positions but she is
happy to help you.

Nigel Birnie
Nigel has been staying at the Kelly House Lodge for over 5
years. His room is located immediately adjacent to the lounge.
He has a lot of knowledge to share with you about Ellicottville.
He has skied at Holiday Valley and Holimont.

Feel free to ask questions as you
will probably meet him in the lounge in the evening. He will
also ask you to be quiet if you are disturbing other guests.

Policies:
- Rates are per night.
- Cancellation Policy:
If
reservation is cancelled:
- 30 days prior to arrival - no
charge.
- 14 - 29 days prior to arrival -
$50 cancellation fee.
- 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50%
charge of base rate* unless rerented. If rerented a $20. fee will be
charged.
- Within 7 days - 100% charge of
base rate* unless
rerented.f If rerented a $20 fee will be charged.
Because we have no control over the
weather, we cannot be responsible for less than ideal snow
conditions.
*Base rate is two person rate for room for number of nights
reserved.
- We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Check-in is 3:00 PM; Checkout
is by 11:00 AM.
- Rates may vary.
- No smoking.
- Damage, theft or policy
infractions will be
charged to occupant.
