And when he couldn't make it to an open house, Jaime Rangel was always there chasing agents to get appointments and be there with us for a walk through. After months of looking, we finally had an offer accepted in our ideal city of Woodland Hills. Our offer was quickly accepted but the real work started then. We found some issues in the inspection and they successfully helped us negotiate the deal so that we got a credit back to cover the costs. Highly recommend this team.
