I relocated to Albuquerque from North Carolina and was recommended to John by a friend. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime in many states. John was the most professional and knowledgable realtor that I have EVER worked for. He knows the Albuquerque real estate market thoroughly and told us what areas we should be looking in. He worked with my wife and I (who are very particular) in finding the best loan for the home and fiercely negotiating with the seller to get an great buy on the house. When some issues came up on the inspection, he made sure they were taken care of before we closed on the house.
