My Husband and I bought our first home together 3 years ago during a very crazy market for buyers. Most houses were going for significantly over asking price and we were lucky if we got an offer in. Without Myrna as our Realtor, I truly believe that we would not have ended up with our house. We got our number one choice and it was all thanks to Myrna's innovative ideas, vast knowledge of the industry, and her commitment to her clients. We plan to buy another house next year, and we won't be doing it without her!

We wouldn't be in our new house if we had used another agent. Even the seller's agent was impressed with her knowledge of the industry. She was very friendly, attentive and experienced.During my home search, I went with my cousin to a showing on a different house that she was interested in(she was using a different agent). Her agent showed up 30 minutes late! I was flabbergasted! Myrna was never late, and we saw about 20 houses!Don't take any chances in this market by using a different agent!
- nokcor215The buyer's market in Colorado for those looking in the price range of 250K-350K is a very frustrating place to be right now. With that being our price range, my boyfriend and I were constantly searching for houses everyday, and had to deal with the disappointment of our offers being rejected and ignored multiple times. Myrna was always very encouraging and calm throughout the entire process. We ended up getting our dream house in our price range, and we actually ended up getting it through a back up offer! We could not have done it without Myrna! Her negotiating skills stand above all others. Despite the frustration we experienced, Myrna's attitude and encouragement brought a sense of calm and a feeling that it would all work out. Myrna always has a back up plan and her creativity will always come through in order to get you the house of your dreams. She is also very detailed in all her transactions and is always willing to answer any questions you might have in a timely manner. Her experience really shows, and I would never dream of using another Real Estate Agent!

Myrna was very patient and knowledgeable, she did a great job of keeping us on track and helping us find our dream home.As a side note she is also extremely funny and great to be around. We never felt like we were with a business contact when we were out looking at houses. It was more like being out with a friend who knew how to help you make a good decision. It made the whole experience much less stressful!
