We couldn't be happier, Sean helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood; In a very tricky market, with a lot of competition, and for not much money. He was very accessible and accommodating, willing to meet us just about any time or place, and he already had a difficult schedule. We were asking for a lot, a big older home, for under 125k, in good shape. We probably looked at 50-60+ homes before we found this gem and most were dumps. But Sean was very patient, picked us up several times, drove us all over Denver and Aurora. It took weeks of searching online and on foot, but Sean stuck with it and we won our second bid!
